Mascolori brings fashion and art together. These socks are based on “De Rotterdam” by Laan Irodjojo (born 1969). At Atelier Herenplaats, he paints what he sees, especially Rotterdam’s buildings, ships, aeroplanes, trains and bridges.

Founded in 1991 as part of the Pameijer foundation, Galerie Atelier Herenplaats specialises in Outsider Art. Here, the term describes work by talented artists with intellectual disabilities or experiences of mental ill health. Laan’s work is sold in the Netherlands and abroad.
