With us, exchanges and returns are free!

If you're not satisfied with an item for any reason, you can return it free of charge to the address provided: 20225 3020VB Rotterdam (within the Netherlands).

Return costs from abroad are at your own expense.

The return period is 30 days, or at least 14 days after delivery of the product. We'll refund your money as quickly as possible, and you can expect it back in your account within 5 days of receiving your return.

Please indicate on the enclosed return form whether you would like to exchange the item or get a refund.
