Frequently asked questions

We use European (EU) shoe sizes. Fit can vary between styles, so check the sizing advice on the product page. Unsure? Tell us which style you're considering and the size you usually wear.

Belt length is measured without the buckle, up to the last hole. Measure your waist and check the sizing advice on the individual product page.

Our standard lengths are 95, 105 and 115 cm. We can shorten a belt on request. Contact us before ordering if you're unsure of the length or would like an adjustment.

For cork shoes, we recommend Jason Markk Repel to help protect against water and dirt. Refresh the treatment roughly monthly, depending on how often you wear the shoes, and follow the care product's instructions.

For the cork areas, we recommend a small amount of olive oil on a cloth. Test an inconspicuous spot first, as the cork can darken. Dab gently and treat only the cork, not the fabric.

You can exchange or return your order within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping is at your expense. If we sent you an incorrect or defective item, please contact us.

Send your item with the return form to Mascolori Store, Nieuwe Binnenweg 116, 3015 BE Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund. You can also bring your return to our store.

Once your return has been received and processed, we refund the amount due within five days using your original payment method. See Exchanges and returns for details.

Have your shoes arrived damaged, or is something wrong? Email info@mascolori.nl with a photo and a short description.

We'll work with you to find a suitable solution and get back to you within one working day.

Order before 15:00 Monday to Friday and we usually dispatch your Mascoloris the same day. We do not dispatch at weekends. Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes one day after dispatch; the final delivery date depends on PostNL.

We send you a tracking code once your order has been processed. Delivery times vary for other countries. See Delivery for times and shipping costs by destination.

Cannot find your size? Email info@mascolori.nl. Sale styles are often limited and cannot always be reordered.

Absolutely! Visit the Mascolori Store at Nieuwe Binnenweg 116, 3015 BE Rotterdam, Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00 to 18:00. Visits on Monday and Sunday are by appointment.

The store is about a ten-minute walk from Rotterdam Centraal. Paid parking is available nearby. Call or email us to arrange another time to try on shoes.

Avoid rain and mud, especially with styles that have a fabric finish. The right care depends on the material. Check the care instructions on the product page and use a suitable product.

Our shoes are made in Portugal. Materials vary between styles: check the product page for details of the upper, lining, insole and sole.

A pair with your own design costs €499. For more than five pairs, the price per pair may be lower because the design costs are shared. Call or email us for a personal quote.

Timing: Allow around three months for the design, leather printing and production.

Materials: We print your pattern on smooth cowhide leather, with a leather or rubber sole. You can also choose the lace colour.

Styles: Choose our pointed shoe in a low or ankle-height version, or a flat women's lace-up shoe. Discuss the details with us before ordering.
